ODIN™ Consult Agent Deploy + PT Translate is currently in BETA testing. This software is provided as a training and educational tool only. It is not intended for use in production environments or with Protected Health Information (PHI).
DO NOT enter patient-identifiable information, PHI, or any sensitive personal data into this system.
While we implement industry-standard security measures and work toward full HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, this beta version has not completed formal compliance certification. Use of this software with PHI or sensitive data is at your own discretion and risk.
Security Measures Implemented
Data Protection
- •All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- •Automatic session cleanup on logout and session end
- •Client-side PII redaction for names, dates, phone numbers, and addresses
- •No long-term storage of session transcripts by default
- •Secure PIN-based access control for patient devices
Data Handling
- •Session data stored temporarily during active consultations
- •Transcripts and translations available for export only
- •No cross-session data leakage between practices
- •Third-party AI processing via OpenAI (subject to their privacy policy)
Compliance Roadmap
We are actively working toward full HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II certification. Current status:

- ⏳Administrative safeguards: In progress
- ⏳Third-party audit: Scheduled for Q2 2026
- ⏳Business Associate Agreements: Available upon request after certification

By using ODIN™ Consult Agent Deploy + PT Translate, you acknowledge and agree that:
- •This is a beta training tool not certified for PHI or production use
- •You will not enter patient names, medical record numbers, or other PHI
- •You will use hypothetical scenarios or de-identified examples only
- •You understand session audio and text are processed by third-party AI services
- •You are responsible for your own HIPAA compliance in your practice
- •The Vault / RepX Inc is not liable for unauthorized PHI disclosure
